Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PREGNANOS E COLANOS COMO INICIADORES NEUROQUÍMICOS DE ALTERAÇÃO NA FUNÇÃO HIPOTALÂMICA". A invenção se refere a um método para alteração de função hipotalâmica em um indivíduo. O método compreende administração nasal de uma vomeroferina humana, por exemplo um esteróide de pregnano e colano, ou de uma composição farmacêutica contendo uma vomeroferina, de modo que a vomeroferina se liga a um receptor neuroepitelial específico. O esteróide ou esteróides é/são de preferência adminstrado (s) na forma de uma composição farmacêutica contendo um ou mais veículos farmaceuticamente aceitáveis. Outras modalidades da invenção incluem composições farmacêuticas contendo os esteróides.
