Abstract
Patente de Invenção: " PEÇAS MOLDADAS ALTAMENTE RESISTENTES AO CALOR " . Objeto da presente invenção são peças moldadas altamente resistente ao calor de luminárias de veículos ou faróis de veículos. As peças moldadas são fabricadas, segundo a invenção, por meio de moldagem por injeção e/ou moldagem por extrução, onde a massa de injeção contém uma mistura de um material de enchimento inorgânico (A), líquido a temperatura de injeção, sólido a temperatura de operação, e de um agente aglutinante termoplástico (B). Especialmente sob o efeito de forças de cisalhamento altas pode ser fabricado um corpo oco de refletor para luminárias, especialmente luminárias de veículos e faróis de veículos que pode ser metalizado sem vernizagem intermediária.
