Patente de Invenção: "BISCOITO E MÉTODO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE BISCOITO" . É descrito um biscoito que está livre de gorduras adicionadas e inclui entre cerca de 36% a 90% por peso de flocos de cereais e entre 7% a 28% por peso de agente aglutinante de a$úcar. O biscoito é manufaturado ao se cozinhar e se extrudar cereais triturados selecionados e se formar flocos e misturar os flocos com agentes aglutinante de a$úcar. A massa de flocos e agente aglutinante que é obtida com um teor de umidade de 15% a 30% é finalmente formada.
