Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "RECHEIO DE CONSISTÊNCIA CREMOSA PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE LANCHES SALGADOS, MÉTODO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE UM RECHEIO CREMOSO PARA LANCHES SALGADOS E PRODUTO COZIDO COMERCIAL". Um recheio cremoso para lanches salgados é descrito o qual compreende um ou mais ingredientes organolepticamente caracterizantes no estado seco por congelamento dispersados e amalgamados em uma matriz à base de gordura e de óleo comestíveis e tendo um teor de umidade de não mais que 2,5% em peso do peso total do recheio. Um método para a preparação deste recheio é também descrito. Os lanches salgados preparados com este recheio têm propriedades organolépticas muito boas que permanecem inalteradas durante período de pelo menos três meses na temperatura ambiente.
