Abstract

A câmara (2) do container é formada pela colocação de uma lâmina contínua (3) de resina sintética termoendurecida em torno de um elemento tubular (14) que, solda as extremidades da lâmina (3) para criar um revestimento não expandido (2a) e, introduzindo fluido pressurizado no envelope (2a), que está embutido em uma matriz (11) cuja cavidade (12) define o formato da câmara (2) através da qual passa o elemento tubular (14); a matriz (11) pressionando a lâmina (3), fecha o revestimento (2a) no elemento tubular (14); subsequentemente, o produto (9) é introduzido na câmara (2) através do elemento tubular (14); a câmara (2) é removida do elemento tubular (14) e a abertura (21) deixada durante a fase de formação na câmara (2) do container pela presença da matriz (11) do elemento tubular (14) é então fechada.
