Refere-se a presente invenção a um processo de acondicionamento de um produto comestível compreendido: formação de uma embalagem de confecção (2) compreendendo uma porção similar à saco (4), e uma porção tubular (6) da qual o interior se comunica com o interior da porção similar à saco (4), com uma pegadeira (8;16;25) que se extende ao longo da porção tubular (6) e desta para o interior da porção similar à saco (4), enchimento da porção similar à saco (4) com um fluído comestível através de uma abertura (A) de referida embalagem de confecção (2); e vedação de referida abertura (A); no qual a pegadeira (8; 16; 25) é inserida na referida porção tubular (6) após a formação de referida porção tubular (6) e antes do referido enchimento. Ainda, um outro objetivo da invenção diz respeito a uma unidade de confecção relacionada.
