Patente de Invenção: " PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE TENSOATIVOS DE A$ÚCAR COM QUALIDADE DE ODOR APERFEIÇOADA ". Tensoativos de a$úcar com qualidade de odor aperfeiçoada podem ser preparados tratando-se misturas contendo (a) oligoglicosídeos de alquila e/ou de alquenila da fórmula (I): R^ 1Ô-[G]p, na qual R^ 1^ representa um radical alquila ou alquenila com até 22 átomos de carbono, G representa um radical de a$úcar com 5 ou 6 átomos de carbono e p representa números de 1 até 10, e b) água e/ou álcoois graxos, com vapor de água, em uma temperatura de 90 até 120°C.
