O Forno possui um sistema de circulação de ar que através de um ventilador (2) produz uma corrente de ar no interior da câmara de cozimento (4). Usando o sistema Hot-Steel (6), que permite o aquecimento da chapa interna da câmara de cozimento (4) e não permitindo que o gás queimado entre em contato com a mesma.
