Trata o presente pedido de privilégio da impressão em 4 cores diretamente em metais, para a confecção de medalhas, botons, chaveiros e similares, que consiste em imprimir com absoluta fidelidade as cores, sucessivamente, ficando igual a impressão em papel off-set. Em linhas gerais, o processo compreende o corte, impressão direta das imagens no metal, lapidação no formato desejado, polimento, banho de níquel ou ouro e colocação da argola.
