Trata o presente invento de um original processo para a confecção de emblemas de lapela, "button" e similares, que apresenta características próprias, oferecendo vantagens técnicas, práticas e funcionais. Em linhas gerais, o invento compreende um emblema de lapela em corpo único, caracterizado por prever a injeção do alfinete (1) no verso da peça quadrangular (2), dentro de uma cavidade (alojado no estampo [4] por um canal de alimentação, de maneira mecânica ou manual), enchendo o espaço numa conformação cônica (3).
