A fim de poder utilizar o dito pneumático P sobre o dito aro J, sem introdução de uma câmara de ar, o elemento anular (3) a fim de assegurar a estanqueidade do conjunto apresentado em seção meridiana um contorno e, em particular, dois lados laterais (30) tal como o aperto s, entre o anel (3) e os talões (12), de nulo a mesmo negativo na base do anel (3), crescer em seguida ligeiramente sobre uma certa distância radial h~ 1~ e depois fortemente sobre uma distância h~ 2~ radialmente adjacente à primeira.
