Abstract
Mistura de gordura animal com colesterol reduzido e óleo vegetal que são combinados em uma proporção tal que a razão em peso teor de ácido linoléico (18:2) dividido pelo teor de ácido mirístico (14:2) esteja entre 2 e 9 inclusive. Além disso, a gordura animal com colesterol reduzido pode ser misturada com óleo de peixe com colesterol reduzido para esbabilizar o óleo de peixe contra oxidação ao ar à temperatura ambiente.
