PROCESSO PARA FABRICAÃÃO DE MATERIAIS COMPÃSITOS.Um processo para a fabricação de um compósito pré-impregnado compreendendo alimentar uma camada de fibras condutivas unidirecionais tendo uma largura definida, coIocar em contato com uma primeira face das fibras uma primeira camada de resina compreendendo resina termorrÃgida, e comprimir a resina e fibras juntas por passar sobre um ou mais roletes de impregnação, em que a pressão exercida sobre as fibras condutivas e resina não excede 40 kg por centÃmetro da largura das fibras condutivas, e a resina estando em quantidade suficiente para a resina entrar nos interstÃcios das fibras e deixar uma primeira camada externa de resina essencialmente livre de fibras condutivas unidirecionais.
