Abstract
ESTRUTURA DE FUSELAGEM DE AERONAVE DE MATERIAL COMPÓSITO COM NERVURAS DE ESTABILIZAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se à estrutura de fuselagem de aeronave em material compósito com nervuras de estabilização que, em pelo menos um primeiro setor (31), compreende uma estrutura (9) com uma seção transversal em formato de ômega (11) formada por um elemento superior (23), duas telas (25, 25 ), dois pés (27, 27 ) que incluem pelo menos uma nervura interna (41) formada por um elemento superior (43) unido ao elemento superior (23) da estrutura (9), uma tela (45), dois flanges (49, 49 ) unidos às telas (25, 25 ) da estrutura (9) e um pé (47) alinhado com os pés (27, 27 ) da estrutura (9). A invenção também se refere a um método de fabricação para o primeiro setor (31) da estrutura com a tela estabilizada (10) que compreende as etapas de: a) fornecimento de uma estrutura (9) e pelo menos uma nervura interna (41) com as configurações indicadas; b) união de pelo menos a dita nervura interna (41) à estrutura (9).
