A presente invenção refere-se a uma temperadeira de produtos de cacau (1), particularmente para temperar chocolate, que é dotada de um conjunto de cuba de temperagem (4) e torre central vertical (3) com uma rosca interna (32), que ao serem rotacionados levam consigo o material (M) de temperagem, elevando-o até uma bica (31), que despeja o material (M) de volta para a cuba (4), promovendo homogeneização e temperagem do material (M), sem qualquer bombeamento.
