Abstract

TEMPERADEIRA DE PRODUTOS DE CACAU. A presente invenção refere-se a uma temperadeira de produtos de cacau, usada parLicuiarmente para temperar chocolate ou massa de cacau, dotada de uma rosca sem fim (31) que homogeneiza o chocolate, evitando o aparecimento de manchas. A temperadeira (1) compreende ainda um sistema de resfriamento com evaporadores (22) e de aquecimento com resistências (23), dispensando a utilização de água para troca térmica.
