Refere-se o presente pedido de patente de invenção aos aperfeiçoamentos de um processo para fabricação de compressas cirúrgicas, no qual utiliza-se um método de tecelagem (A) através de teares de crochê, sendo que, de forma inédita, diferencia-se por apresentar um módulo de produção que executa em uma única operação as etapas de alvejamento e de secagem (B) das compressas, compreendido por uma máquina de processamento contínuo, a qual foi especialmente adaptada para esta finalidade.
