Abstract

COMPOSTOS INIBIDORES DE MOLÉCULA PEQUENA DE NECROPTOSE, USO E COMPOSIÇÃO COMPREENDENDO OS MESMOS E MÉTODO DE DIMINUIR NECROPTOSE.A presente invenção caracteriza uma série de derivados heterocíclicos que inibem necroptose induzida por fator de necrose de tumor alfa (TNF-(ALFA)). Os compostos heterocíclicos da invenção são descritos pelas fórmulas (I)-(VIII) e por compostos (1)-(7), (13)-(26), (27)-(33), (48)-(57), (58)-(70). Estas necrostatinas são mostradas inibir necroptose induzida por TNF-(ALFA) em variante deficiente de FADD de células T Jurkat humadas. A invenção também caracteriza composições farmacêuticas caracterizando necrostatinas. Os compostos e composições da invenção podem também ser usados para tratar distúrbios onde necroptose é provável desempenhar um papel substancial.
