DISPOSITIVO DE DESUMIDIFICAÇÃO E COLETA DE ÁGUA E MÉTODOS PARA SUA FABRICAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma unidade de membrana que inclui uma estrutura de suporte que compreende um espaço aberto dentro da estrutura de suporte para remoção de vapor de água; e pelo menos uma membrana disposta em pelo menos uma superfície da estrutura de suporte, em que a membrana é permeável à água e seletiva à água, em que a unidade de membrana é configurada de modo que, quando um vácuo é aplicado ao espaço aberto da estrutura de suporte, o vapor de água é aspirado pela membrana e através da estrutura de suporte ao longo de um eixo paralelo a uma interface entre a estrutura de suporte e a membrana.
