Abstract
PARAFUSO.A invenção refere-se a um parafuso com seção transversal poligonal, o qual apresenta um segmento com filete de rosca (5) e um segmento (7), isento de filete de rosca, sequencial ao segmento de filete de rosca (5) e que se estende até uma ponta de parafuso (8) dianteira e arredondada. A linha lateral do segmento (7) isenta de filete de rosca, se projeta em forma lisa e sem interrupção, desde o segmento de filete de rosca (5) até a ponta (8), com uma curvatura constante. O parafuso serve para a aplicação de um elemento em um componente de chapa, sendo que o parafuso no componente de chapa é autoproduzido, formando o filete de rosca.
