Abstract
PARAFUSO PARA CORTE DE ROSCA E SEU EMPREGO.A presente invenção refere-se a um parafuso com uma seção transversal (4) poligonal apresenta um segmento rosqueado e um segmento de forma, eventualmente isento de rosca, sequencial ao segmento rosqueado, estendendo-se até uma extremidade de parafuso (8) dianteira, arredondada. A linha lateral do segmento de forma (7), eventualmente isento de rosca, projeta-se em forma lisa e sem interrupção desde o segmento rosqueado até a ponta (8), com curvatura constante. O parafuso serve para aplicação de um elemento em um componente de chapa, engranzando em um orifício existente na peça de chapa, cortando a própria rosca. No caso, também poderá ampliar o furo e formar uma passagem.
