Abstract
ARTIGOS DE LÃTEX DE POLI-ISOPRENO SINTÃTICO FORMADOS POR IMERSÃO COM LIGAÃÃES CRUZADAS INTRA-E INTERPARTÃCULAS MELHORADAS.A presente invenção refere-se a uma emulsão de látex de poliisopreno sintético que possui uma composição pré-vulcanização e outra pós-vulcanização. A composição pré-vulcanização compreende enxofre solúvel com alto teor de estruturas anelares S8 as quais são quebradas cataliticamente por ditiocarbonato de zinco. A emulsão de látex possui uma composição pós-vulcanização com aceleradores que promovem a formação de ligações cruzadas na região interpartÃculas durante o ciclo de cura pós-vulcanização. As pelÃculas exibem grande resistência à tração, módulo elástico, resistência ao rasgamento, pressão de colapso e volume de colapso.
