Abstract
PROCESSO PARA MANIPULAR UM NUCLEOSÃDEO, E, BIOCATALISADOR.à descrito um método para manipular um nucleosÃdeo, que incluir converter guanosina em 5-metiluridina por meio de transglicosilação biocatalÃtica. o biocatalisador compreende uma combinação de um purina nucleosÃdeo fosforilase de bacillus halodurans, PNPase (BH1531) da sequência ID No 1, ou uma proteÃna com pelo menos 90 % de similaridade de sequência com ele, e uma primidina nucleosÃdeo fosforilase (PyNPase).
