Abstract
PROCESSO PARA DEPOSIÃÃO DE CAMADAS ELETRICAMENTE ISOLANTES.A invenção refere-se a um processo para obtenção de uma fonte de arco, sendo que uma descarga de centelha elétrica é colocada em ignição ou operada em uma superfÃcie de um alvo (5) e a descarga de centelha é simultaneamente alimentada com uma corrente contÃnua, à qual está associada uma tensão contÃnua DV, como também com uma corrente pulsante produzida por um sinal de tensão aplicado periodicamente. A tensão na fonte de arco é então elevada por vários microssegundos ou a forma de sinal do sinal de tensão é essencialmente livremente ajustável.
