Um sistema para reduzir o arrasto e/ou a vibração induzida por vórtices de uma estrutura, o sistema compreendendo um dispositivo de múltiplas aletas compreendendo de 4 a 6 aletas alinhadas substancialmente ao longo de um eixo longitudinal da estrutura.
