Abstract

"COMPOSIÇÃO DE COMBUSTÍVEL DIESEL, USO DE UM ADITIVO DE COMBUSTÍVEL CONTENDO DETERGENTE, MÉTODOS PARA OPERAR UM MOTOR A DIESEL E/OU UM VEÍCULO QUE É ACIONADO POR UM MOTOR A DIESEL, E PARA ESTIMAR O DESEMPENHO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO DE COMBUSTÍVEL DIESEL, E, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UMA COMPOSIÇÃO DE COMBUSTÍVEL DIESEL". Uso de aditivo de combustível contendo detergente, em uma composição de combustível diesel, para fins de reduzir a perda de potência do motor e/ou inverter uma perda de potência anteriormente incorrida e, opcionalmente, também para reduzir as emissões de fumaça e/ou particulados. É também fornecido um método para estimar o desempenho de uma composição candidata de combustível de motores a diesel, com base em sua capacidade de reduzir ou inverter a perda de potência, e uma composição de combustível diesel, contendo um detergente em uma concentração de matéria ativa entre 100 e 500 ppmp.
