Abstract
MÃTODOS DE SELECIONAR ANIMAIS RESISTENTES A HOSPEDEIRO. A presente invenção é dirigida a um método de seleção de animais que são geneticamente resistentes a uma ou mais infecções intestinais parasitárias por teste de amostras de muco quanto à presença de um anticorpo contra um ou mais dos referidos parasitas intestinais e segregação e seleção dos animais que testam positivo. Os animais que testam negativo são menos resistentes aos parasitas e podem ser submetidos aos regimes de manejo de parasitas.
