Abstract
METABÃLITOS DOS DERIVADOS DE (TIO)CARBAMOIL-CICLOHEXANO. A presente invenção se refere a metabólitos dos derivados de (tio)-carbamoil ciclohexano, particularmente, metabólitos da trans-4-{2-[4-(2,3-diclorofenil)-piperazin-1-il]-etil}-N,N-dimetilcarbamoil-ciclohexilamina e a sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos, a composições farmacêuticas contendo os mesmos e a seu uso no tratamento e/ou prevenção de condições que necessitem da modulação dos receptores da dopamina.
