Abstract
COMPONENTE PARA DEPOSIÇÃO DE GOTICULAS . Método para moldagem de um componente da placa de bico (30) para um cabeçote de impressão, compreendendo as etapas de: provisão de um corpo laminar tendo uma camada polimérica superior (11) definindo uma superfície superior e uma camada metálica inferior (12) definindo uma superfície inferior; remoção de material por ablação ou fotolitografia da camada polimérica, para expor seletivamente a camada metálica e aplicação de reagente cáustico a partir da superfície superior, o qual cauteriza seletivamente as áreas expostas da camada metálica, rebaixando assim a dita camada superior, para moldar uma área de rebaixo 21 na camada metálica e moldando uma abertura através do dito corpo (20, 21).
