APERFEIÇOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS NAS PLATAFORMAS DE CAMINHÃO CEGONHA (1), mais precisamente aplicado para transportar veículos de grande porte, tais como picapes (P) e similares, caracterizado pelo fato das plataformas superiores (PS) e plataformas inferiores (PI) serem dotadas de rebaixos (5,6), (9a,9b) e (13,14) e articulações angulares (x1, x2) movidas por pistões hidráulicos (h1,h2) que permitem reduzir a altura (A) do caminhão cegonha (1) somado à altura dos veículos (V1) a (V8) nele transportados; as configurações e movimentações das plataformas (PS) e (PI) do caminhão cegonha permitem a que as extremidades dos veículos (V1 a V8) se sobreponham, garantindo, assim, que a altura e o comprimento total (A) do caminhão cegonha com os veículos atenda às especificações e normas rodoviárias, ao mesmo tempo em que garante a integridade dos veículos transportados.
