Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE TEBUCONAZOL. É sabido que numerosos 2-(1,2,4-Triazol-1-i1)-etanois podem ser preparados através da reação de oxiranos substituídos com 1,2,4-Triazol em presença de base. Entretanto, este processo tem a desvantagem que além do desejado 1,2,4-Triazol-1-i1 (Isômero-1), quantidades variáveis do 1,3,4-Triazol-1-i1 (Isômero-3), indesejado, são formadas. Como conseqüência, há uma redução do rendimento, necessidade de um processo adicional de purificação, geração de uma maior quantidade de efluentes e resíduos, aumento do tempo operacional.
