PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE MATERIAL DE CERÂMICA POROSA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de um corpo de cerâmica porosa, usando um formador de poros que contenha potássio. O formador de poros é tratado para a redução da concentração do potássio antes da formação de uma mistura com um material sinterizável pelo calor, tal como a alumina. O material de cerâmica porosa, especificamente os veículos para catalisadores usados em reações de epoxidação, podem der fabricados com a utilização do processo descrito aqui, neste pedido de patente.
