MATERIAL PARTICULADO ABRASIVO E PROCESSO DE FORMAÇÃO DE MATERIAL PARTICULADO ABRASIVO. A presente invenção refere-se a um material particutado abrasivo que inclui particulas de alumina. As partículas de alumina incluem uma alumina de transição e pelo menos 5,0 % em peso de uma fase amorfa. As particulas de alumina de transição também têm uma densidade não mais alta do que aproximadamente 3,20 glcm^ 3^.
