Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, SISTEMA DE DISTRIBUIÇAO DE DROGA VAGINAL E USO DA COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACEUTICA. Uma composição farmacêutica compreende um primeiro agente ativo {por exemplo, agente antibacteriano) e um segundo agente ativo (por exemplo, agente anti-fúngico), e compreende um componente que é adaptado para bíoaderência a uma superfície vulvovaginal. A composição proporciona liberação diferencial dos agentes ativos nesta superfície, em que o segundo agente ativo exibe um perfil de liberação que é substancialmente retardado, prolongado e/ou invertido em relação ao perfil de liberação do primeiro agente ativo.
