Abstract
USO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÉUTICA E SISTEMA DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO ANTIBACTERIANO E ANTIFÚNGICO VAGINAL. Uma composição farmacêutica compreende (a) um agente antibacteriano em uma quantidade anti-bacterianamente efetiva, que compreende ilustrativamente clindamicina ou um sal ou éster farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo; e (b) um agente antifúngico em uma quantidade antifungicamente efetiva, que compreende ilustrativamente butoconazol ou um sal ou éster farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo. A composição é adaptada para aplicação em uma quantidade de dose unitária a uma superfície vulvovaginal e tem pelo menos uma fase interna não lipóide e pelo menos uma fase externa lipóide que é bioadesiva à superfície vulvovaginal. A composição é adequada para administração a uma superfície vulvovaginal para tratar uma infecção por vaginose bacteriana e candiclíase vulvovaginal mista.
