Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO SOLÚVEL EM ÁGUA, ESTÁVEL, CONTENDO LISOFOSFATIDILETANOLAMINA E LECITINA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição solúvel em água contendo lisofosfatidiletanolamina (LPE) ou lecitina que inclui LPE 3% ou mais. A composição compreende 0,1 a 50% em peso de uma ou ambas das lisofosfatidiletanolamina e lecitina, 0,1 a 60% em peso de ácido graxo ou sal do mesmo e 10 a 99,8% em peso de solvente. De acordo com a invenção, é possível prover uma composição solúvel em água, estável, de lisofosfatidíletanolamina e lecitina, a qual não causa precipitação a temperatura ambiente abaixo de 20 C e pode manter a formulação transparente, mesmo durante longos períodos de armazenamento.
