Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR UMA FOSFORAMIDITA, USO DE UM ATIVADOR, MISTURA, E, USOS DA MISTURA E DE CETONAS. Um método para preparar um composto fosfitilado, compreendendo as etapas de: -reagir um composto contendo hidroxila com um agente de fosfitilação, na presença de um ativador tendo a fórmula (I), em que R alquila, cicloalquila, arila, aralquila, heteroalquila, heteroarila, R~ 1~, R~ 2~ = H ou formam juntos um anel de 5 a 6 membros. X~ 1~, X~ 2~ = independentemente N ou CH, Y = H ou Si(R~ 4~)~ 3~, com R~ 4~ alquila, cicloalquila, arila, aralquila, heteroalquila, heteroarila B = ácido desprotonado. O composto contendo hidroxila é preferivelmente uma porção de açúcar ou um nucleosídeo ou um oligômero derivado dele.
