Abstract
APARELHO PARA O RESFRIAMENTO DE GÊNEROS ALIMENTÍCIOS. É descrito um aparelho para refrigerar de gêneros alimentícios, em particular, de bebidas com base em água, que apresenta um acumulador de frio (6) que contém um material de transição de fase. Através do acumulador de frio (6) é atravessado um condutor (8) para um líquido com base em água a ser resfriado. Além disso, está previsto um dispositivo (2) para a dissipação do calor proveniente do acumulador de frio (6). A fim de executar um aparelho desse tipo com baixo custo e de fabricação mais fácil é sugerido executar o acumulador de frio (6) de um material composto de grafite expandido e de um material de transição de fase, que é submetido a uma transição de fase sólida-líquida em ou acima de 273 K.
