Abstract
CATODOS PARA CÉLULA DE ELETRÓLISE DE ALUMÍNIO E METODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DOS MESMOS. A presente invenção refere-se a catodos (1) para células de eletrólise de alumínio que consistem em blocos de catodos (4) e barras coletoras de corrente presas a estes blocos ao mesmo tempo em que as ranhuras de catodo que recebem a barra coletora são revestidas com revestimento de grafite expandido (9), proporcionando assim vida útil mais longa a tais cato- dos e produtividade de célula aumentada.
