Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo integrado para a medição de corrente alternada segundo o princípio de indução, esse dispositivo é exposto a um campo magnético (B) que é gerado por uma corrente alternada. Nesse caso, uma disposição de bobinas (2a-f) para a detecção do campo magnético (B) se acha configurada como componente integrado de um chip-semicondutor (1).
