Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA COBRIR PRODUTOS ALIMENTÍCIOS COM UMA CAMADA SUPERIOR DE MATERIAL DE COBERTURA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para cobrir pelo menos a parte de cima de produtos alimentícios em movimento (100) com pelo menos uma camada de material de cobertura particulado fluente, o material de cobertura é despejado a partir de um recipiente de armazenamento (60) sobre os produtos alimentícios em movimento. Durante o despejo, o material de cobertura é parcialmente segregado em material de cobertura substancialmente grosso (90) e material de cobertura relativamente fino, o material de cobertura substancialmente grosso (90) sendo primeiramente aplicado aos produtos alimentícios em movimento (100), seguido pelo material de cobertura relativamente fino.
