Abstract
"INVÓLUCRO ALIMENTÍCIO PLÁSTICO FRANZIDO INTRINSECAMENTE ESTÁVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um invólucro alimenticio tubular franzido baseado em uma mistura termoplástica de pelo menos uma poliamida e/ou copoliamida e pelo menos um componente hidrofílico. O dito invólucro é biaxialmente orientado por estiramento e impregnado no lado de dentro elou no lado de fora com um componente que permite que as pregas que são formadas durante o franzimento do invólucro adiram uma à outra. De preferência, o dito componente compreende pelo menos um polímero. De preferência, o invólucro é franzido a uma razão de 80:1 a 500:1. O invólucro franzido da invenção é particularmente estável de uma perspectiva mecânica e, conseqüentemente, pode ser usado especialmente para a produção de lingüiças cozidas, lingüiças escaldadas em emulsão e pequenas lingüiças em aparelhos totalmente automáticos de enchimento e apara.
