Abstract
"PRODUTO DE SUCRALOSE GRANULADO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de edulcorante artificial que contém sucralose e opcionalmente um agente de volume tal como maltodextrina. A composição é na forma de grânulos que apresentam um tamanho entre 30 e 2.000 m e que contém entre 0,5 e 1,5% em peso de umidade. Qualquer processo pode ser usado para produzir as composições, com um processo especialmente aplicável que envolve prensagem de um alimento em pó que contém as matérias-primas entre rolos para formar uma massa densificada. A massa densificada é em seguida dividida em tamanho e opcionalmente fracionada por tamanho de partículas.
