Abstract
"APARELHO PARA INSTALAÇÃO DE PORCA DE PERFURAR E BOTÃO DE MATRIZ PARA PRENDER UMA PORCA DE PERFURAR A UM PAINEL LOCALIZADO EM UMA SAPATA DE MATRIZ INFERIOR DE UMA PRENSA RECIPROCANTE". Expõe-se um aparelho para instalação de porca de perfurar de auto-diagnóstico, o qual inclui um cabeçote de instalação (20) fixado a um elemento de matriz superior de uma prensa de estampar que é dotado de um mergulhador reciprocante (28) o qual aciona uma porca de perfurar (64) contra um painel (P), perfura um pedaço do painel no fechamento da prensa e uma haste (86) recebida telescopicamente no mergulhador (28) impelida de forma resiliente através do furo de porca se um pedaço for perfurado a partir do painel (P), ou contra o painel se não estiver perfurado; e um sensor que detecta o movimento axial da haste (86) parando a prensa se a haste (86) encaixar no painel (P). Uma matriz localizada no elemento de matriz inferior inclui um sensor (152) de pedaço o qual confirma a recepção do pedaço de painel (S) através do elemento de matriz (22).
