Abstract
"MÉTODO PARA CONFORMAR A FRIO UM ELEMENTO PRENDEDOR FÊMEA DE AUTOFIXAÇÃO". Expõe-se um método para conformar a frio um prendedor fêmea de autofixação (20) o qual inclui deformar uma peça bruta de prendedor (120) dotada de um piloto anular (122), um flange anular (128) circundando o piloto e um entalhe (132) no flange dotado de paredes cilíndricas e protuberâncias anulares (152, 154) no flange e no piloto, então deformar as protuberâncias no sentido uma da outra para formarem um entalhe reentrante anular (32) dotado de paredes arqueadas inclinadas relativamente.
