Abstract
"MÓDULO DE EXTREMIDADE FRONTAL". A presente invenção refere-se a um módulo de extremidade frontal é descrito, no qual o módulo inclui um componente de plástico conectado a um substrato metálico. O substrato metálico pode ser feito por meio de hidroformação e formado em um elemento substancialmente unitário. O componente de plástico é em seguida moldado sobre o substrato metálico e forma simultaneamente conexões com o mesmo em locais discretos ao longo do comprimento do substrato metálico.
