"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA REDUÇÃO DAS OSCILAÇÕES DE PRESSÃO NO TUBO DE ASPIRAÇÃO DE UMA TURBINA DE ÁGUA OU BOMBA DE ÁGUA OU TURBINA DE BOMBA DE ÁGUA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma turbina ou bomba ou turbina de bomba com um rotor que possui várias pás diretrizes e um cubo; com uma caixa que possui um distribuidor para regular a entrada da corrente no rotor; com um tubo de aspiração para conduzir a água que sai do rotor que possui um difusor de entrada. A presente turbina ou bomba ou turbina de bomba é caracterizada pelas seguintes características: no tubo de aspiração é disposto um corpo de deslocamento alongado; a extremidade no curso superior da corrente do corpo de deslocamento encontra-se na área do cubo do rotor.
