Abstract
"TABLETES DE CAFÉ LIOFILISADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um tablete de café que é obtenível por moldagem e liofilisação de uma solução de sólidos de café em uma desejada forma e que tem aperfeiçoadas propriedades de dissolução e uma atraente aparência de superfície lisa e/ou brilhante. O tablete de café também tem uma estrutura de poros de superfície fechados e uma estrutura de poros internos onde uma maioria dos poros na estrutura de poros estão interligados e têm um tamanho dentre 5 e 50 micrômetros. O tablete de café também pode incluir um revestimento de um café, um sabor, um corante ou um aroma. O tablete de café é embalado em um ambiente de um aroma para formar um produto que exibe características de sabor e aroma frescos e fortes quando uma bebida é preparada a partir do tablete mesmo após estocagem de longo termo do tablete.
