Abstract
"SISTEMA DE DEPOSIÇÃO DE MATERIAL, REVESTIMENTO E MÉTODO DE REVESTIMENTO DE UMA PRIMEIRA ÁREA SUPERFICIAL DE UM OBJETO". São providos métodos e aparelhos para inflamar, modular e sustentar um plasma para diversos processos de revestimento. Numa modalidade, a superfície de um objeto pode ser revestida pela formação de um plasma em uma cavidade submetendo um gás a uma quantidade de energia de radiação eletromagnética na presença de um catalisador de plasma e adicionando pelo menos um material de revestimento ao plasma. O material é deixado depositar na superfície do objeto para formar um revestimento. São também providos diversos catalisadores de plasma.
