Abstract
"BACTÉRIA CORINEFORME, MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR LGLUTAMINA, E, GENE DA GLUTAMINA SINTETASE DERIVADO DE UMA BACTÉRIA CORINEFORME". A L-glutamina é produzida cultivando-se uma bactéria corineforme tendo capacidade de produzir L-glutamina e modificada a fim de que a atividade de glutaminase intracelular seja reduzida e, preferivelmente, também modificada, a fim de que a atividade da glutamina sintetase intracelular seja aumentada. O método de produção inclui cultivar a bactéria em um meio, seguido por acúmulo da L-glutamina no meio, e coletar a Lglutamina do meio.
